the Crime Victims Fund’s
contribution to the Federal Government’s efforts to
assist victims, to document the efforts of U.S. Attorneys
and other
federal criminal
justice professionals to hold offenders accountable for their
actions by vigorously prosecuting criminal
acts and collecting fines, penalties, and bond forfeitures
to deposit into the Fund and to examine the challenges
in administering the Fund and explore future challenges
in meeting victims’ needs.
