This briefing will feature experts from the Alliance for Immigrant Survivors, alongside a survivor advocate with lived experience, discussing the real-world consequences of current enforcement practices for survivor safety, access to justice, and community trust. Speakers will highlight how administrative actions have created volatility in critical funding streams for survivor services. Experts will also share policy solutions to strengthen protections and services for immigrant survivors and to ensure that all individuals can seek safety without fear.
