National Victim Assistance Academy (NVAA) Effective Management Series: Building Resiliency in Victim Service Organizations

| The mission of NVAA is to provide an intensive, interactive learning experience to develop and promote professional skills and knowledge for victim service providers. The Effective Management Series offers comprehensive and practical trainings to build organizational capacity. Building Resiliency in Victim Service Organizations is designed for staff within victim-serving organizations who are able to implement resiliency practices in their organizations. This training will provide a resiliency model and explain how it can be applied to organizations. Potential barriers will be identified, along with strategies to overcome them.
