National Victim Assistance Academy (NVAA) Effective Management Series: Strategic Planning for Program

| The mission of NVAA is to provide an intensive, interactive learning experience to develop and promote professional skills and knowledge for victim service providers. The Effective Management Series offers comprehensive and practical trainings to build organizational capacity.
Strategic planning is a process to help you determine where your organization is and where it wants to be in the future. Strategic planning can help you answer questions about how your nonprofit organization advances its mission and how you engage staff and the board to identify measurable goals and priorities. In this training, we will review the strategic planning process to prepare you to create and implement your organization’s strategic plan. The Strategic Planning for Program Managers training is designed for those in leadership roles who are responsible for setting the organization’s direction. The training addresses preparing for a planning process, creating the common elements of a plan, and implementing and communicating the final product. The training will be delivered online over the course of 4 weeks, beginning on May 15, 2025. Registration is open. |
