National Victim Assistance Academy (NVAA) Leadership Institute

The mission of NVAA is to provide an intensive, interactive learning experience to develop and promote professional skills and knowledge for victim service providers.
The Leadership Institute is designed for victim service administrators and leaders who wish to enhance their leadership skills and abilities. Participants will learn theoretical concepts and practical skills to lead their organization, team, or work group more effectively.
This training is designed for new or seasoned victim service leaders who provide or have provided direct services to victims. It will be delivered online, over the course of 11 weeks, beginning on August 25, 2025.
