Thousands of survivors and organizations from across the nation will travel to Washington, D.C. to build community, share experiences, find strength in healing, and champion a new victims’ rights movement.
Be part of a movement that demands change and bring your voices to the National Mall and the halls of the Nation’s Capitol. A select number of survivors and advocates will meet with congressional representatives and senators to discuss policy priorities, share personal stories, and advocate for legislative changes.
Crime Survivors Speak March on Washington is a celebration of the passing of historic legislation like the Victims of Crime Act, the Violence Against Women’s Act and the Crime Victims Rights Act. We will join together to honor our loved ones, heal through action and celebrate these important milestones while inspiring the next era of victim’s rights.
