Victim Assistance Response to Mass Violence Webinar Series

Please join us on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 2‒3:30 p.m. ET, for the third installment of the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center’s (OVC TTAC) Victim Assistance Response to Mass Violence Webinar Series: Trauma Notification, which will highlight the importance of victim service providers responding to incidents of mass violence and terrorism. The session focuses on:
- describing the factors related to victim assistance providers delivering mass violence trauma notifications,
- explaining the dynamics of a trained trauma notification team,
- identifying the training needs for victim advocates providing trauma notifications,
- integrating trauma-informed processes to prepare for these notifications.
