National Victim Assistance Academy (NVAA) Effective Management Series

NVAA’s mission is to provide an intensive, interactive learning experience to develop and promote professional skills and knowledge for victim service providers. The Effective Management Series offers comprehensive and practical trainings to build organizational capacity. Building Resiliency in Victim Service Organizations is for staff within victim-serving organizations who can implement resiliency practices. This training will provide a resiliency model and explain how it can be applied in organizations. Potential barriers will be identified and strategies to overcome them.
