DESCRIPTION:NOVA joins the National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators (NAVAA) and National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC) for a special\, virtual kick-off for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW)! This 1-hour event will highlight how communities across the country are observing #NCVRW2025 and elevating this year’s OVC theme\, Connecting < KINSHIP > Healing.
