SUMMARY:National Victim Assistance Academy (NVAA) Effective Management Series: Developing and Sustaining Collaborations
DESCRIPTION:*This is not a NAVAA-hosted event.  Please see the registration page for contact details.* \nThe mission of NVAA is to provide an intensive\, interactive learning experience to develop and promote professional skills and knowledge for victim service providers. The Effective Management Series offers comprehensive and practical trainings to build organizational capacity. \nCollaborations are a primary strategy to help an organization achieve its mission; yet\, they are often difficult to implement and sustain. This training will identify methods that you can use to explore\, plan\, implement\, and evaluate strategic collaborations. The Developing and Sustaining Collaborations training is designed for victim service providers who are responsible for developing and sustaining collaborations. \nThe training will be delivered online over the course of 4 weeks\, beginning on June 30\, 2025.
