VOCA Archive

The VOCA Archive is NAVAA’s collection of historical documents and materials related to the Victims of Crime Act and the Crime Victims Fund. It preserves key guidance, past program documents, and other records that show how VOCA and victim services have evolved over time. Advocates, policymakers, and legislators can use this archive to understand the development of VOCA, track changes in victim services policy, and draw lessons from the program’s history to inform future decision-making.
