The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime, is pleased to announce the following Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs). 
OVC FY 2026 Services for Victims of Crime 
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: June 23; JustGrants: June 29
This NOFO supports the development, expansion, and strengthening of victim service programs for all victims of crime throughout the United States and its territories.

OVC FY 2026 Services for Victims of Technology-Facilitated Abuse 
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: June 23; JustGrants: June 29 

This NOFO supports victim services to address technology-facilitated abuse (TFA). TFA includes, but is not limited to, crimes commonly referred to as image-based sexual abuse, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, sextortion, synthetic intimate images (“deepfakes”), online stalking, harassment, and abuse.

OVC FY 2026 Technology to Support Services for Victims of Crime 
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: June 23; JustGrants: June 29 

This NOFO supports projects that create, expand, or enhance the use of technology by victim service organizations to improve interaction with crime victims, elevate service quality, and ensure accessibility and responsiveness.

OVC FY 2026 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Compensation Formula Grant
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: July 8; JustGrants: July 15 

Eligible victim compensation programs can use these funds to provide crime victims with compensation, support, and services to aid their restoration after criminal violence, including costs associated with medical fees, lost income, dependent care, funeral expenses, and relocation expenses.

OVC FY 2026 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Formula Grant
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: July 8; JustGrants: July 15 

This NOFO provides an annual VOCA victim assistance grant to all states and most territories to provide subgrants to local organizations and public agencies that provide services directly to crime victims.

OVC FY 2026 Increasing Services for American Indian and Alaska Native Victims of Human Trafficking in Urban Centers Program
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: July 23; JustGrants: July 30 

This NOFO is intended to increase access to victim services for victims of human trafficking.
